CommonReader app for iPhone and iPad

The CommonReader application will allow users to purchase articles and magazines from independent writers. The articles and magazines will typically be self-published and focus on technical and natural science topics.

Publications will be offered to the reader for purchase individually or as part of a subscription. The user can subscribe to the CommonReader for a period of one week or one month during which time all publications are available to the subscriber for downloading.

A weekly subscription is available for $.99 and a monthly subscription is $3.99.

The weekly and monthly subscriptions are auto-renewing subscriptions and will automatically renew unless the subscriber turns off auto-renewal after purchase via the subscribers iTunes account settings. Details regarding auto-renewable are as follows:

• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• The subscribers account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication.
